308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Observation #1- Flurorescent lights that are burnt out in storage room were not replaced Observation #2 - The three compartment sink is not in good owrking order. Only one compartment can hold and retain water. The three compartment sink must be able to have all three comparments functioning. First compartment to wash with detergent, second compartment to rinse with water and third compartment to soak in sanitizer. There is apparently an issue with the seal between the third and second compartment sink such that water escapes and drains. Corrective Action(s): Correction #1 - Fix the light fixture so that the storage room has adequate lighting for cleaning Date to be corrected by: July 6 2018 Correction #2 - Repair the three compartment sink so that it may be used correctly. Ensure that three sink plugs are available too. Upon next follow up inspection, all three sinks must be filled with their components: 1) water & detergent, 2) Water, 3)sanitizer Date to be corrected by: Jul 6 2018
