Observation: Walk in cooler measured at 14C at the time of the inspection. Significant build up of ice on the fans.
Corrective Action(s): Call the technician to repair the walk in cooler. The cooler must maintain < or = 4C at the time of the follow up inspection. Failing to meet this requirement will lead to a CLOSURE ORDER.
Correct by: Tomorrow morning before operation.

Public Comments
- General sanitation needs improvement.
- Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Bleach sanitizer available at 100ppm concentration.
- Gloves, hairnets, aprons worn by staff.

Temperature Control:
- Walk in cooler = 14C. See violation section.
- Chest freezer = -18C.

Note: The operator will store the rest of the perishable food items that are NOT temperature abused inside coolers at King's Market located at 6219 Kingsway. The food items will be transported in refrigerated trucks. This is TEMPORARY for today; the walk in cooler in the facility MUST be fixed by tomorrow morning in order to operate.
