A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; walk-in-cooler 4C; walk-in-freezer was -26C; hot holding units (butter) above 60C; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in 3-comp sink had 200ppm strength. Quats in spray bottles had strength of 200ppm. - General sanitation level is good. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on racks and pallets. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - No signs of pests. Contract with a professional pest company in place to monitor and eliminate pests. Tin traps and snap traps present.
