- General sanitation of retail portion of store and back storage areas were satisfactory
- Handwashing sink in produce area supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Coolers in retail area maintained at 4C or colder
- Freezers in retail area were -18C or colder
- Produce walk-in cooler 2C
- Dairy walk-in cooler 3C
- Grocery walk-in freezer -10C Note: Delivery was received at time of the inspection. Ensure temperature decreases to -18C
- Dishwasher for bulk foods was operational. Final rinse measured 73C at dish surface. Liquid soap and paper towel present at sink for handwashing.
- No signs of pest infestation noted at time of the inspection. Pest control program in place. A few flies were noted within produce prep area at the time of the inspection. Ensure surfaces and sinks in this area are kept cleaned immediately after use to ensure there is no food debris or spills which may attract flies.

- Occupancy limit set for store and number of people in store monitored by security staff
- Distance markers in place at checkstands
- Ecolab Triple Play (DIN 02346184) disinfectant used for high touch surfaces
