Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0 ppm quaternary ammonium solution measured from the sanitizing bucket at 4th floor servery.
Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded the solution and refilled with 200 ppm quaternary ammonium solution. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces at this servery before using.

Routine inspection;
-2nd floor servery and 4th floor servery were inspected. 3rd floor servery had limited access due to sick residents.
- All refrigerator cooler section at 4C, freezer section at -18C.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium available in buckets with wiping clothes stored inside at 2nd floor servery.
- Steam tables were not in use at the time of inspection.
- Temperature logs maintained and available for review.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed.
