General;
- handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- dishwasher reached 77C at the final rinse cycle
- bleach sanitizer measured >200ppm chlorine; use a 5mL bleach solution in 2.5L of water for a 100ppm solution
- upright cooler near handsink not on (only non-potentially hazardous foods); operator stated that this cooler will be use in the future for fresh fruit; ensure that you also submit an updated food safety plan for any new items
