Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach spray bottle was unlabelled and a spray bottle labelled kills flies had unknown contents.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing or misuse of chemicals. Bleach bottle was labelled at the time of inspection and bottle labelled kills flies was discarded.

Comments

-Facility is making cooked foods to order.
-Walk-in cooler was at 2C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Front seafood cooler was at 4C.
-Front meat cooler was at 4C.
-Front freezer customer area freezer was at -18C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink - sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle present in front meat cutting area and tested at 200ppm. Cutting surfaces sanitized every 2 hours or between cutting different meats.
-Meat saws sanitized after each use and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at the end of the night.
-Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-Random selection of foods in the front customer area were in good condition and within the best before dates.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection. Ensure walk-in cooler walls are cleaned on a more regular basis.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of washroom.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
-Operator has valid FoodSafe Level 1 training.
