(warm water supply, stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers) Professional pest control service in place. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution available for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Left chest freezer -8 C, Right chest freezer -11 C, Ice cream display freezer -6 C Dipper well in operation at ice cream station. Storage room: left chest freezer -13 C, right chest freezer -11 C Note: Use of second storage room has been discontinued. Ensure health approval is granted prior to changing operations and equipment in the future.
