Observation: Few house and drain flies observed during time of inspection. Staff mentioned that pest control company is contracted, however reports were not available on premises. Sticky yellow ribbons are observed in place.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to send pest reports to health inspector for review. Ensure sticky yellow ribbons to trap flies are changed more often to prevent possible contamination to food.

Observations:
- General sanitation of premises satisfactory
- Bleach sanitizer spray bottle measured at >200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- Handwashing stations in staff washroom and processing room supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- Clean uniforms available for staff
- 3-compartment sink available on premises with drain plugs
- Grease trap serviced within the last 2 weeks (as mentioned by staff). NOTE: operator to send grease trap invoice to confirm service completion
- Walk-in cooler at 4C
- Walk-in freezer at -18C
- Temperature logs maintained

- No signature required due to COVID-19 pandemic.
