Comments

-Bleach solution was > 200 ppm. Ensure that only 1 tsp per liter is added to the bleach bottle for food contact surfaces. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C (upstairs and downstairs) The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level. Hand sink is supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Recommend moving the paper towel dispenser closer to the sink. No evidence of pests, pest control comes on site regularly. One staff member (Juanita) was FoodSafe Level 1 certified, with an expiry date of 2023. General sanitation was satisfactory.
