Follow up inspection to inspection # MTRG- AC4S45 fly infestation:
Met with Assistant Manager and discussed fly infestation and control measures being taken
During time of site visit, heavy infestation observed, with heavy concentration by dining area by drive-thru

Assistant Manager informed that:
- Additional 7 fans have been placed at various stations, output of air on fans observed to not be strong during time of inspection
- Water bags (water filled ziploc bags filled with pennies) placed at entrance for detract flies
- HVAC service tech had come to do assessment on HVAC system, also informed that air curtain by drive in window does not have strong output
Note: Operator to email Environmental Health Officer with regards to decision that will be implemented in store, either installing air curtains at doors or increasing air flow and air temperature
Note: Operator to email Environmental Health Officer with next report done by Pest Control Operator


The following was discussed with Assistant Manager:
- Using fans with stronger air current
- Tables must be cleaned up frequently
- Garbage containers to be covered in kitchen facility
- Increasing air temperature
- Fixing plastic curtains to reduce gaps between curtains, idea is to further prevent entry of pests
- Having swinging/sliding doors placed on doughnut displays to further prevent entry of pests
- Increase cleaning frequency
- Ensure to follow recommendations from Pest Control Operator
