- Smoothie cooler was measured at 3 degrees C.
- Quats sanitizer available in labelled spray bottles at 200 ppm. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
- Stir spoons stored in ice
- All areas noted in last report were cleaned
- Ice machine cleaned and sanitized

Lobby is open to the public. Front counter renovations complete. Cream machine at 4 degrees C or less. Liquid soap dispenser to be installed near front hand washing station--pump dispenser available at time of inspection.
