Inspection report; 259993

Met with owner and discussed the following:
- cleaning/sanitation schedules ( the facility is very well maintained )
- confirmed ownership
- all coolers are operating below 4C/ freezers -18C
- hot and cold running water available on site and Hand wash station supplied with disposable paper and liquid soap.

Violation 301 - low temp dishwasher - must be supplied with approved sanitizer at the final rinse. After the 2nd wash cycle chlorine has been measured at 100ppm concentration at the plate surface. If dishwasher is malfunctioned please call ECO lab for service and use only disposable, singe use serving units for customers. All equipment to be manually washed at the 2 compartment sinks. CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION

Test strips are availabe for daily monitoring of chlorine and Quat.

You are required to:
- keep a daily log for sanitizer concentration in use ( quat at 200ppm )
- keep a daily chemical concentration for low temp dishwasher
- please provide the pest control contact information by our next inspection
