Comments

-Recommend adding the front steam table to the temperature logs, since it is not currently being checked.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine.
Quats sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm.
No evidence of pests, traps were in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
