Follow-up Inspection:
All departments have hand washing stations that are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All departments have bleach sanitizer spray bottles with concentration at 200 ppm.
Ice machine in seafood department has now been cleaned and sanitized.
Continue educating all staff of personal hygiene, hand washing and sanitizing food safety practices.
