- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All handwashing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Ensure to have sanitizer available at min 100ppm at 45C.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items must be stored min 15cm off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.

- All coolers (walk in): < or = 4C
- All freezers (chest): < or = -18C
- Thermometers available in all coolers and freezers.
