Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Prep cooler was at 3C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Foods are reheated to above 74C prior to hot holding.
-Foods were cooked to greater than 74C at the time of inspection.
-Dishwash area has been refinished. Manual cleaning and sanitizing has been carried out in the staff dining area for the past week. Residents have been served using single use utensils and dishware for the last week.
-Chemical dishwasher was being setup by technicians at the time of inspection. Dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm on the dish surface.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer solution was labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Deli slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Slicer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing.
-Ice machine clean and well maintained.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination. Raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 07, 2023.
