Observation: Small amount of old rodent dropping noted underneath hand washing station and in the dry storage area. Clean the infested area by removing the droppings and sanitized with a 100ppm chlorine bleach solution (1tsp of regular bleach with 1 liter of water)

Routine inspection conducted
Food services prepared by staff members and offered to residents.
Facility has 2 separate kitchens. Coolers in both area were less than 4C and equipped with thermometers. Freezer section of the cooler units were at -18C.
Freezer units in storage area were at -18C.
Food items are prepared on the day of food service and serve on the same day.
