Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lack of prepared sanitizer solution during inspection. Staff using water to wipe down counters. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - sanitizer solution dispensed into bucket. Staff used clean cloth and sanitizer to wipe down surfaces.
