Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Steel foaming cups are only sanitized once per day. These must be sanitized at a minimum of every 4 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cloth towel found hanging beside hand washing sink. Cloth towels are not permitted for hand drying as they could lead to re-contamination of hands. Removed at time of inspection. Do not hang cloth towels near your hand washing sink.
