-Follow-up inspection to April 12, 2022.
-Chicken cooked this morning was at 4C. Operator stated the chicken is cooled on a shallow tray and is then placed into the plastic container for storage.
-Foods labelled "Keep Refrigerated" were properly stored at 4C at the time of inspection.
-Vegetable slicer was used today and was in the 2-compartment sink for cleaning and sanitizing. Ensure slicer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Vent hood was found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection. Ensure vent hood is cleaned on a regular basis.
