Dough mixer has now been cleaned. Ensure to follow your sanitation plan for cleaning the dough mixer and area surrounding it.
Separate scoops now available for all containers in the dry storage area.
All food items now have lids/covers on them.
3 new sink plugs available for manual warewashing.
Owner present onsite and has FOODSAFE Level 1 certification.
