General -Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sinks -All coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder with the exception of noted unit -All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees C. or colder. - Bleach solution in spray bottle >100 ppm -General sanitation is very good -Good personal hygiene noted by staff ** some stuff appears to be rodent dropping noted between chest freezer and behind also under dry goods bins, clean and monitor for any rodent activity ( put some sticky traps to monitor) Note: Signature of recipient on report not required at this time due to Covid19 safety protocols. Observation and issues are communicated with the staff on duty, a copy will be sent via email later.
