Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BCSTUY:

- Surface sanitizer available in designated bin at 100ppm chlorine concentration. The sanitizer is murky, please change out the sanitizer every day or when there is collection of food debris inside.
- The operator has installed two additional UV fly traps in the back dry storage room (one in the hallway, one nearest to the back office).
- The operator stated that two additional UV fly traps will be installed (one above the shelving units in the dry storage room, one in the front of the store).
- Pest issue has been resolved. No signs of significant fly activity.
- Continue to monitor for pests and implement a regular cleaning schedule.
- General sanitation has improved in the meat processing room. Ensure to thoroughly wash/sanitize Clean in Place (CIP) equipment in the meat processing room.
