Observation: 1. Observed two spray cans of pesticide to control mosquito and fly near the dishwasher area.
2. Open bag of dried pasta in its original packaging.
3. Observed use of an empty yogurt container as a food scoop (flour)
Corrective Action(s): 1. remove spray type pesticides from the facility.
2. Reseal the bag or transfer the contents to a food grade container with a tight fitting lid.
3. Replace an empty yogurt container with a scoop that can be washed and sanitized.
Correct this by: April 14, 2022.

Observation: Observed fly activities in the kitchen, mainly by the dishwasher area. Observed sticky traps in use.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers measured at -18C or less.
Temperature log available and current.
No hot holding observed at this time.
Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 50 ppm at the plate level.
QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips.
Routine pest control service in place.
