Inspection conducted to follow up on previous routine inspection:
- Operator has obtained foodsafe training
- Most required cleaning has been completed. Hood ventilation system still had some dripping grease.
- Racks in upright cooler have been cleaned and painted. Noted several food items in upright cooler double stacked - operator to obtain proper food grade storage containers with lids (as per compliance meeting).
- No foods noted in hallway. Operator to keep all foods stored inside storage area.
- Soap in pump style dispenser available at all hand sinks
- High temperature dishwasher did not achieve 71C - only 64.9C. Translator on site noted that the technician turned up the temperature on the unit but that a pump that needs to be replaced is on order. Do not call for inspection until dishwasher has been properly repaired.
