All food in dry storage is now kept in pest proof containers with lids.
The faucet at the coffee sink has been replaced and is now working properly.
The gas burner has been removed from the center of the kitchen.

Submit a Food Safety Plan for approval for items sold at the front (eg. chili oil, fish sauce) within two weeks.
Once approved, proper labelling is required for any packaged foods. This would include: The name of the restaurant, address, contact information, ingredients, storage instructions and any other relevant information.
