On-site visit conducted low temperature dishwasher has not been repaired and facility is not permitted to serve food until the machine is repaired. Facility is no longer a restaurant and under the PHO order for facilities that serve liquor and do not serve meals, the facility is not permitted to open. Closure order issued, repair the dishwasher.
