Observation: Some areas were missed as food debris were present, including underneath wall mount shelving dishrack, under wall shelving in the front by handwash station, under microwave and beside panini grill, as well as floors of walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Please complete the remaining cleaning and send photos to undersign. Once staffing is confirmed, please submit a cleaning schedule to Health Unit for review. This template should be used daily to ensure all the areas maintain sanitation.

Pastries are now stored in dome shaped covers or tote containers until fruit fly situation is remediated.
Chickpeas have been relocated so that no food is stored on the ground.
Handsinks are both accessible in the back and front, nothing stored inside.
-owner is making signs to remind staff about keeping pathways to handsinks clear and not to store anything inside
No water was dripping from walk-in cooler at time of inspection, however a technician is scheduled to service the unit early next week.
Cleaning of the sandwich cooler, undercounter coolers, flooring, counters and back area has improved.
Quats sanitizer is available for sanitizing steaming wands, where wiping cloth was submerged inside.
Apple cider traps have been placed as traps.
Discussed possibly requesting for floor drains to be flushed if the condition worsens.
-reminder to all staffs to empty mop bucket completely and store both mop and bucket upside down so there is no stagnant water to attract flies.
Pesticide spray can was used for ants on perimeter outside of cafe, and has been removed from kitchen. Owner understands it is not to be used on food contact surfaces.
Health permit is posted by the business license.
Owners both renewed Foodsafe Level 1.
New manager of the store is taking Foodsafe Level 1 this weekend.
