Premises is a meat processor and retail store.

- Handsink is fully equipped.
- All coolers including WIC at 4C or below.
- Freezers range from 0C to - 23C.
- 200ppm chlorine sanitizer available in buckets.
- Bleach available for 2 compartment manual dishwashing method.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
- Ensure all meat processing equipment is cleaned & sanitized every 4 hours with sanitizer.

*Most chest freezers' lids are disintegrating and falling apart. Have a plan in place to replace the compartment or the freezer units in near future.
*Purchase chlorine test strip that can measure 50 - 200ppm.
