Wash hands after cutting raw meats and before handing the bag to the customer. If wearing gloves, remove first then wash hands.
Tongs, plastic bags are used to protect the hands when touching items from inside the coolers. This is acceptable.
Operator stated that the rust on the walls in the cooler will be removed and surfaces will be repainted this summer.
General sanitation is satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest.
Keep the container of clean knives covered to protect from contamination.
Handwashing station is satisfactory.
Only raw meats and poultry are sold.
Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory.
