Follow-up inspection conducted:
-CODE 302 in compliance. Low temperature dishwasher repaired yesterday. All dishware resanitized in 200ppm chlorine solution before use.
-CODE 308 in compliance. Dishwasher achieved the minimum chlorine level of 50ppm at the plate level after final rinse.

Ensure all dishes/utensils/cooking equipment are rewashed/sanitized using the dishwasher.
