-Walk-in coolers (two units) were at 2C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Prep cooler (kitchen) was at 3C (top and bottom).
-Cook line under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Serving area upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright cooler outside serving area was at 4C.
-Serving area upright was at -18C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Foods cooked to greater than 74C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 71C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser and pails were at 200ppm.
-Deli slicer properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizer.
-Manual slicer was clean and sanitary.
-Ice machine clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stand in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by professional pest control. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalence valid until December 21, 2025.
-Health Permit hand delivered. If any changes are made to the facility (see attached permit letter), contact the Health Department.
