Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two rat droppings observed on the bottom shelf of the dry storage room, and one dropping noted on the floor. No visible puncturing or contamination was noted of any food products in the dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Rodent droppings removed using a strong bleach solution (1 part bleach, 9 parts water) at time of inspection. Inform professional pest control company (which will be arriving tomorrow) and continue to monitor for any potential entranceways. Ensure that all food products remain sealed in rugged containers with tight-fitted lids.

Follow-up inspection to routine inspection conducted on May 7, 2019 (RPT#: 236601). The following observations were made:
Ceiling tile has been replaced. However, a square-shaped hole was present in the tile. Manager has called operations to address the hole
Sandwich cooler has been adjusted and was measured at 2C
Professional pest control company now arrives every Friday to reset traps and monitor for pest activity. According to the pest control company, an assessment of the ceiling area above the dry storage room has been made and no entranceways or harborage sites were noted
