- 200 ppm quat sanitizer present and being used
- Cooler temps are </=4C and freezer temps are </=-18C
- High temp dishwasher reached an adequate temp of 71C of plate surface
- Hand washing stations stocked with paper towels, soap, and hot/cold running water
- Fume hood is clean
- Could not check for pest activity due to high build up of food debris/dirt
