Follow up inspection conducted to MTRG-ATJV5R. The following issues have been corrected on or before this follow up inspection. - Common touch areas in kitchen premises have been thoroughly cleaned (i.e., walk in cooler handles, lids, wall, etc) - Cleaning has been done underneath equipment and in corners of facility - Cleaning and re-organization required in upstairs storage area has been done - All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels NOTE: Hot water faucet is still leaking at handwashing station - Operator informed that new fixture unit has been ordered and now waiting for part and installation - Ensure this is serviced and that an adequate supply of hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels is available at ALL times. Correction date: 1 week
