Ownership change. - Premise is sanitary, no signs of pests - Hot and cold water available - Hand sinks fully stocked with liquid soap and paper towels - Food protected from contamination after corrections were made - Dedicated color coded utensils in use for raw protein and ready to eat foods - Single use items are sanitary - All coolers and contents at 4C and below - Hot holding and cooking units at 60C and above - 3 compartment sink in use. 200ppm QUATS sanitizer in sani buckets in use.
