Observation: During time of inspection, observed:
- Undercounter 2+3 coolers in front service area not maintaining temperatures of 4C or below (no food storage in these coolers)
- Upright cooler leaking in back prep area of facility
Note: Manager informed a work order has been put in
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure to repair/service undercounter coolers to maintain temperatures of 4C or below at all times
- Ensure that Upright cooler located in the back is repaired/serviced

- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperatures meet health requirements except for the above noted:
* Walk in cooler at 4C
* Walk in freezer at -18C
* Upright cooler at <4C
* Undercounter cooler at 4C or below except for above noted
- Temperature logs kept and maintained
- Thermometer available for monitoring food temperatures
- QUAT sanitizer available, concentration at 200ppm in spray bottles
- QUAT sanitizer at 20ppm from dispenser
- No evidence of pests detected during time of inspection
- Pest Control Operator (Abell) services facility on monthly contract, PCO inspection reports indicate no pest activity
- General sanitation of facility - OK

Note: High temperature dishwasher will no longer be used in the facility (will be removed), 3 compartment warewashing method will be utilized
