C; dipper well on Operator able to demonstrate proper manual warewashing procedures; sanitizing sink & rag bucket ~ 200 ppm chlorine detectable, test strips also on-site. No signs of pests. Ice machine in satisfactory condition Health application & cheque #279 for $87.50 received --> okay to operate.
