Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quite a significant amount of food items left out during preparation for lunch rush. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Temperatures of 17 degrees observed for cooked vegetables. Raw meat thawing. Marinating meat at temperatures of 12 degrees Celsius.

CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED:
Violation of Food Premises Regulations Section 11 Every operator of food premises must ensure that all food on the premises is obtained from (a) food premises for which plans and specifications have been approved under section 3, (a.1) a slaughter establishment licensed under the Meat Inspection Regulation, or (b) a source that is approved by the government of Canada, the Provincial government, the government of another province or territory, or an official or agency of any of those governments under whose authority food safety standards are established and enforced.

The following actions must be taken:
1. All food from unapproved source is to be removed from facility and returned to supplier for refund
2. DO NOT accept food from unapproved sources
3. Ensure receipts are obtained from all suppliers and kept for records
4. This Order will not expire
