Observation: Two sticky traps soiled with cockroaches. A third party pest control company inspects the premises biweekly.

Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Main handwash station supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Install paper towels inside the dispenser.
- Three compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space, shelves, cabinets. One basement storage unit. One freezer.
- FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection. Ensure to update FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate prior to expiration.
- Valid Operating Permit posted in a conspicuous area.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C.
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Rice cookers > 60C
- Hot holding units >60C.
