Observation: Noted two pairs of scissors in the area with food debris; staff was not sure whether they were being used or not. Stand-up cooler was cluttered and needed cleanig as spills and debris build-up was noted.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize all utensils after usage. Stand up cooler to be organized, cleaned and sanitized

Observation: Observed accumulation of food debris under and behind prep table located on the other side of the dishwasher. Accumulation of food debris is an attraction for pests and should be removed.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the area. More frequent and thorough cleaning is required to ensure build-up do not occur in the future
