Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towel was available at the dispenser by the staff washroom.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash station accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were holding food at 4.0C or below.
Note: Two of the reach-in coolers were noted with ambient temperatures of around 6.0C as the staff were cleaning the coolers.
All freezer units were at -18.0C.
Food stored in the proper storage hierarchy and protected.
Proper dispensers available for all bulk food containers.
Sanitizer container available. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 82.0C at the gauge and 89.1C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Cleanliness and organization acceptable.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
