Non-compliance with a Public Health Act Correction Order will result in the issuance of a Violation Ticket.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to October 7, 2016.
-Bleach sanitizer was prepared at the time of inspection. Do not add soap to bleach sanitizing solution. To prepare 100ppm to 200ppm bleach, add 1 teaspoon bleach per liter of water. Bleach sanitizing solution must be available in each food preparation area during hours of operation to allow for proper sanitizing of food contact surfaces.
-General cleaning has been carried out to facility.
-Door seals on prep cooler have been replaced.
-Public Health Act Correction Order has been issued regarding the storage of raw foods above ready-to-eat foods.
