Rat bait box noted inside building near back exterior door Corrective Action(s): 1.Ensure all exterior doors have tight fitted door sweeps to prevent possible pest entry under door. Install new fitted door sweep. 2. Ensure all bait boxes remain outside facility - poison (bait) must remain outside. Only approved pest control devices inside facility is snap traps and sticky traps. Relocate bait box outside.
