Observation: - Handsink in back food preparation area partially obstructed by stand mixer.
Correction: - Move stand mixer so that handsink is fully accessible for handwashing. To be corrected by: 16-Mar-2022
Comments

- Follow up inspection conducted to confirm issues noted at previous inspection have been addressed.
- Mixers were moved to ensure handsink is fully accessible. Ensure access to handsink is never blocked/obstructed so that it remains fully accessible/available for handwashing.
- Manager has provided updated food safety procedures to include pasta items on menu.
- Reviewed temperature records for coolers, freezers and high temperature dishwasher - temperature readings have been recorded since last inspection. Ensure temperatures continued to be consistently monitored and recorded with corrective action taken and recorded if temperatures do not meet requirement.
