- General sanitation - good.
- All hand washing stations supplied with liquid soap, single use paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All cooler at or below 4 C.
Note: Please keep checking (every 2 hours) the counter top cooler (near the office); if it is required service - service it (move food in a different cooler).The counter top cooler was bit high more then 4C at the time of inspection.
- All freezers at or below -18 C.
- Hot holding maintained above 60 C.
- Thermometers for cold units - available.
- Spoons stored in ice (a coffee site).
- QUAT sanitizer at 3-compartment sink -available (at 200 ppm).
- Surface sanitizer - available.
- Food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Ice machine clean. Ice scoop stored in designated container.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
