Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
2-compartment sink available in kitchen and back storage/preparation area. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 77.7C final rinse temperature at plate level.
Prep cooler and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers, chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs are well maintained.
Ice machine in satisfactory condition. Ice scoop not in direct contact with ice (being hung).
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
