Note: Degreaser used more frequently than sanitizer throughout the day on the tables for customers. Sanitizer should be used regularly throughout the day on the tables as this is able to kill germs.
- Strongly recommend recording temperatures of all coolers, freezer and dishwasher daily for monitoring purposes
Other observations:

√ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted
√ Hand wash stations fully stocked
