Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The bar glasswasher in the lounge area measured approximately 0ppm chlorine at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Have the bar glasswasher serviced so that the level of sanitizer measures 50ppm chlorine. Consider obtaining chlorine strips so that the sanitizer level can be tested and recorded at regular intervals.

A servicing company was called at the time of inspection and arrived to fix the bar glasswasher. The sanitizer measured 50ppm chlorine after servicing.
